There are a number of different types of microgreens and we vary our product based on the majority of our customer requests.
Blends

​Sexy Salad Boost
A micro blend of our three radishes, kale, and arugula, Salad Boost is a flavourful and colorful compilation. This diverse blend is the perfect micro mix with a hint of spice! Give your dishes a boost both visually and gastronomically.

Spicy Flare
A blend of spicy mustard and purple cabbage, this hot blend adds that extra kick that you've been looking for. Lend a little flare to any dish -- it will knock your socks off!

Radical Radish
We grow three radish varieties: White Daikon, Red Daikon, and Triton. This blend mixes all three varieties into a colorful display with bold peppery flavour. Micro radish have an iconic spicy punch with sweet, nutty undertones and a little crunch!

Broccoli Brassica Blend
The Broccoli Brassica blend contains a mix of Broccoli, Arugula, Broccoli Rabb, Radish, and Mustard.
Mild Greens

​Sunflower Shoots
Juicy and crisp, sunflower shoots have a sweet, nutty flavor and a dense texture. A chef favorite, these greens are seriously good, ideal for adding a little crunch!

Kale
A staple of our mild microgreens, micro kale is a tender and mild complement to a range of flavors. Micro kale has a sweet flavor and a bright green leaf. Bursting with nutrients, kale is a tasty addition to many dishes.

Broccoli
Has a nice subtle broccoli taste and is a great addition to any salad. Lower in antioxidants than Broccoli due to lower sulforaphane content.

Red Cabbage
This cabbage variety is colorful, crisp and has a fresh, sweet cabbage flavor. This tender green is packed with nutrients and will add depth to any dish.

Popcorn
An intensely sweet flavor. Pastry chefs love their tantalizing flavor that pairs naturally with desserts. Popcorn shoots can also be creatively used in tasty savory dishes.

Purple Kohlrabi
Has a mild peppery, but sweet taste and a fabulous purple color that will add a pop to any dish.

Pea Shoots & Pea Tops
Fresh and crisp with a mild flavor, pea greens are the quintessential microgreen. They are mildly flavored with a tender crunch and a bright, playful look. The shoots are longer for a fuller green, while pea tops are cut shorter for a more delicate look and feel.

Fenugreek
Fava beans have been a staple of Middle Eastern cuisines for thousands of years and show no signs of slowing down. They have a buttery texture and a rich nutty flavor that truly differentiates them from other beans. Fava beans contain levodopa, the same chemical in medicines used to treat Parkinson’s disease.

Fenugreek
A microgreen with an unusual flavor. Sotolon is the chemical responsible for the distinctive maple syrup smell of fenugreek. Used in some curries and often used in Indian cooking. Fenugreek is a traditional herb for colds and flu. Contains vitamins B6 and C, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc.

Cilantro microgreens are richest in terms of lutein and beta-carotene.
Spicy Greens

White Daikon Radish
Lending dishes a spicy punch with sweet, nutty undertones is a micro radish specialty. The White Daikon variety boasts slightly larger leaves with a white stem and a spicy kick, available individually or in the radish blend.

Red Daikon Radish
One of our three radish varieties, micro radishes have a bold peppery flavor and are available individually or in a blend. That same bold radish flavor alongside the dark purple of this variety is particularly appealing.

Ruby Stem Radish
Ruby Stem Radish has that same peppery flavor, with a unique bright pink stem and green leaves. Available individually or as part of the blend, this sweet but spicy green is a chef favorite.

Triton Radish
Grows beautiful deep pink stemmed microgreen. Great protein source and a very good source of vitamins A, B6, C, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc.

Oriental Wasabi Mustard
With an iconic horseradish flavor, micro mustard is a classic spicy and succulent microgreen. More delicate than mature mustard, micro mustard has one of the most complex microgreen flavors. If you’re looking for a spicy kick, you’ve found it!

A spicy hot addition to sandwiches or salads. Is a powerhouse of protein and a great source of vitamins A, B6, and C, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc.
